# Terms of Service **Effective Date: January 1, 2025** ## Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Together Design Co. (hereinafter "Company") and users in connection with the use of the Hi Xóm service (hereinafter "Service"). ## Article 2 (Definitions) 1. "Service" refers to the Hi Xóm secondhand goods trading platform operated by the Company. 2. "Member" refers to a person who has agreed to these Terms and uses the Service. 3. "Post" refers to all content including text, photos, and videos uploaded by members to the Service. ## Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms) 1. These Terms apply to all members who use the Service. 2. The Company may modify these Terms when necessary. Modified Terms take effect 7 days after notice is posted on the Service. ## Article 4 (Membership and Accounts) 1. Membership registration is completed through social login (Google, Zalo, etc.). 2. Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information. 3. Accounts using false information or impersonating others will be restricted. ## Article 5 (Use of Service) 1. Members may list, search, and trade secondhand goods through the Service. 2. The Service only acts as an intermediary connecting transaction parties. Actual transactions occur between members. 3. The Company does not guarantee transaction safety and does not directly intervene in disputes. ## Article 6 (Prohibited Activities) Members must not engage in the following: 1. Registering false or exaggerated information 2. Impersonating or stealing another person's identity 3. Trading illegal goods (drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit items, etc.) 4. Posting obscene or hateful content 5. Insulting, defaming, or spamming other members 6. Interfering with the normal operation of the Service ## Article 7 (Content Management) 1. Copyright of posts belongs to the member who posted them. 2. The Company may delete posts that violate laws or these Terms without prior notice. ## Article 8 (Service Interruption) The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, natural disasters, or technical issues and is not liable for damages arising therefrom. ## Article 9 (Limitation of Liability) 1. The Company is not directly liable for disputes or damages arising from transactions between members. 2. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by the member's own fault. ## Article 10 (Dispute Resolution) Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location. **Contact: support@hixom.app**
